The problem with most self-defense training (apart from the fact it's taught by people who don't have a clue) is that it doesn't include soft skills i.e. understanding situational awareness and avoidance strategies and nor do they cover legal ramifications of what you're learning. Bodyguards know all about avoidance and awareness but, up until now, you had to be independently wealthy to afford one. Not anymore.
